The purpose of this survey is to understand your or your child’s experience with participating in netball in the last 12 months.

By completing this survey, you will go into the draw to win one of 10 prizes: 5 signed centenary shirts and 5 signed netballs.

The survey should only take about 15 minutes and if you have any queries about this survey, you can contact VOP@sportnz.org.nz.

At the end of the survey, we will provide you with a survey link you can share with others if you’d like (please do not share the link in the address bar above).

Details about who this survey is for, who will see results, and how:

• The survey is a collaboration between Netball New Zealand and Sport NZ, and is run using our research partner, InMoment.
• You will not be identified in any reporting of survey results. Your responses will be grouped with others, and summarised results, alongside anonymous written comments, will be shared with Netball New Zealand and possibly other organisations within your sport (e.g. your centre). Any written comments you provide will be shared word for word so please do not include any information that might identify you if you do not wish to be identified.
• Your full survey responses will be held by our research partner, PG Forsta, and Sport NZ.
• Sport NZ may share anonymous survey responses with its research partners, such as academic researchers for further analysis.
